MAO-001 Reports Correction

CMS identified an issue with the MAO-001 Report Description field for MAO-001 reports from Monday, February 17, 2020 through the morning of Wednesday, February 19, 2020. The Report Description field was showing as MAO-002, which may have caused issues with any automated intake services you may have. CMS analyzed the report content and isolated the issue to this single field. Starting Thursday, February 20, 2020, CMS will provide new MAO-001 reports and files with the corrected Report Description field for the dates above.
